Ordering for Overseas
Presently we are not supporting overseas sales
Order notes will print on packing slips and invoices.
A shipment confirmation is sent via e-mail advising tracking # and product details.
A tracking # is provided on the shipper and the invoice.
To check on the status of an order, navigate to the My Account page and search within Purchase History or Open Orders.
Change or Cancel an Already Placed Order
You may cancel your PO by submitting an Order Cancellation Form.
To receive a refund, please return the product, freight paid in its saleable condition to:

If the product is already shipped from the warehouse, you are liable for freight and re-stocking charge of 20%. This will be deducted when making a refund.

I Have Not Received My Order Notifications
Here are some potential reasons you may not receive a notification:
- Product is not in stock.
- Your e-mail address is in error.
- Your credit card may have been blocked.
- The e-mail sent out may be in your spam folder.
Generally, a phone call or an e-mail can quickly resolve this.
Always provide complete details about your order for and expedient response.

Deliveries are made vis FedEx or UPS services. Shipping charges are automatically provided by the respective carriers based on mass, volume weight, zip code and speed of delivery required.
